One of our roadtrip stops was Redfish Lake. It is nestled beneath the amazing Sawtooth Mountains. We'd read about the Redfish Lodge and how it was right next to the lake so we stopped there for lunch. The food was really good and the views were gorgeous. The only hard thing was that Marcus kept looking out the window and whining to go swimming, so he didn't eat much (we got a box and he chowed later in the car). Isn't it beautiful? I'd like to go back and spend more time there.

Here are some before and after shots. The second one shows Marcus making his "this water is cold" face, but that didn't stop him from splashing and eventually crouching in the water.

Thanks for putting these pictures on, someday I will have to go on a road trip with you guys. It would be a lot of fun.

Marcus just loved the water...he had fun playing with other children's toys, then we got his little sail boat out of the car and the fun continued.

I've eaten at Redfish Lodge a long time ago. I still remember it being delicious.

Redfish lake is one of our all time favorite places to go and visit! I am so glad you guys were able to go, it is great! We are jealous, we wish we could have been there.
