We splurged a bit while we were in Couer d'Alene and went on a 90 min lake cruise. My favorite was seeing all the big houses on the shores of the lake. Tim's favorite was the floating green (golf talk), and Marcus liked the waves made by the boat. Admittedly, a 90 min cruise was a
bit long for him which made it a bit long for us too :)
We hiked around Tubbs Hill (3 miles). It was beautiful. We both agreed that this is our kind of hike: mostly level with minor ups and downs, cool weather, beautiful views of lake 75% of the time. Marcus slept.
Here we are on the longest boardwalk. Wow.

It was pretty stable and was literally right above the water. When the wind would blow the waves would splash up over the sides. Very fun.
Also, we saw this huge boat while we were on the boardwalk. It had a for sale sign: $500,000!!!!
