Well, the big day finally came, we took Marcus swimming and . . . he liked it! I was a little worried because the water was rather chilly and he didn't seem too thrilled at first (there were some tears) but once he got in his little floaty toy, it was much better. He has the most adorable little swim trunks; I'll have to get a picture of those next time.We also had some good news today. Tim got the results from his first section of the CPA (the one he took a few months back). We weren't expecting the letter until July so it was a surprise and guess what? He PASSED!!!! Yipppeee! Needless to say, we are pretty thrilled (we're celebrating with Papa Murphy's Italian special pizza--a personal favorite of ours). As Tim says it, "One down, three to go."
We're currently watching season one of 24. Is anyone else into that show? We got the whole season from the library which is a good and bad thing. Good: It's free. Bad: We only have a week to watch all the episodes. Anyway, we're liking it. I'm really thrilled about watching seasons of shows on dvd because then I can watch when I want and I don't have to wait an entire week for the results of some cliff hanger. We're on the waiting list for Alias. Anyone watch that show? I really think this is the best way to watch. I'm hooked on Lost and it's really a terrible thing to wait a whole week to find out what those crazy Others are going to do next. Am I right?
Finally, a complaint. I shall be brief. When we went to Idaho Falls last weekend it became terribly clear to me that our society has a major problem--the lack of changing tables in the men's room. Each time we stopped and it was Tim's turn to change Marcus, there were NO changing tables in the restroom. Yes, they were in the women's, and yes, I changed the diapers. This was even the case at the church. Come on people!! What about fathers who change their kids' diapers? What about single fathers for goodness sake? Thank you. I am finished.

Since having Savannah and Ethan and being stuck inside after 6pm I have become a tv junkie. I was hooked on Alias until this past season. I hope you like them. And I watch Lost and House also. Everyone says I should watch 24 but I just don't know if I can commit to one more show.... : )
24 is okay. I'm not as into it as I am with some other shows (Lost being at the top of that list). Don't you just want to yell at Michael? Dumb? And since I know you're a Lost junkie now I will have to bother you with all my musings . . . who will Kate end up with? What's the deal with Eko? Who the heck is Libby and why was she in the asylum with Hurley etc. Oh, and thanks for the e-mail. I was soooo happy to get an in for the consumer report info. Thank you BYU.
