We had a nice Memorial Day weekend even though much of it was spent in the car. On Saturday, we headed over to Idaho Falls with Tim's parents to visit Marcus's great grandma and grandpa Richey. It was especially nice for great grandpa Richey because he'd never met Marcus. I think Marcus was pretty thrilled to discover he has
another grandpa. On the way home, we stopped at this cool place called
Craters of the Moon. It was a little chilly (okay, it was dang cold) but we still enjoyed ourselves. I keep making note of all these cool places I've been to in Idaho when it was cold (McCall, Sun Valley, Craters of the Moon) and promising myself that I must see them again . . . when it is WARM. Hope you all had a nice holiday weekend.

Julie and Albert were there with their kids too, so grandpa hid his ice cream in the fridge outside. He never did give Marcus any, but Tim and I were sure to have a late night banana split after the hot tub! Sounds like your weekend was well spent :)
