Are you planning to attend the Festival of Trees in Utah this year? If so, I hope you'll look out for the one that has been decorated in honor of my grandma, Marilyn Durrant, who passed away just over a year ago. My mom's cousin and uncle decorated the tree and used her beautiful calligraphy to help inspire them. Some samples of my grandma's work are displayed on a desk near the tree. My mom was so happy when her cousin called to tell her of their decision to do a tree in honor of her mom this year. It means so much. I wish I could go and see it, but I can't--will you go see it for me? :)
We're planning to decorate our own Christmas tree next Monday night. Fun Fun!

LOVE! F.O.T. is one of my fave Utah Christmas activities. Early childhood memory for sure. That's so neat you have a sentimental connection this year.
