Lund: Day 2 (Hooray! My computer is fixed!)

On our second day in Lund, we took a day trip to Lehman Caves which is about an hour or so from Aubrey's house. It was a really neat place and the kids all really enjoyed it. We toured the cave then hiked around for a bit before heading to Ely for dinner at a Mexican restaurant. I wish I had pictures of all of us at the restaurant--I think we were quite the sight and made quite the mess. The food was delicious, though, and we made sure to leave a nice tip :)

It was really cool.

Owen was none too thrilled about being picked up for this picture. I think of all my children that he loved the cave the very most. LOVED it. His loving it so much made it a little more difficult for me to enjoy it because I had to be watching him like a hawk the whole time. He was jumping and laughing and skipping--I was worried he was going to touch something or break something and the ranger had been VERY specific about telling us all how old everything was and how tragic it would be to touch something and ruin it for future generations. Future generations, people!
Marcus was in heaven.

I love Owen waving in the background in this picture.

We had to go in these giant tunnels to get in and out of the cave. The boys loved the echo.

Here we are pretending we are nineteen again. We totally look that young right? Lie to me :)

Our kids are all blondies--especially Aubrey's. Here is everyone minus baby Vivi (1) (Genevieve). Left to right: Dallin (2), Isabelle (7), Marcus (6), Eli (2), Neil (5), Owen (2). They all got along pretty well and it was so fun to have them together for a few days. Fun times. We joked that we must be Mormon because between the two of us we have 7 kids and are both expecting another one. Sheesh.

That looks like so much fun! Tell me you went to margerita's. We went there last year on the way home from Yosemite and nearly cried it was so good.

Jen, I really can't remember the name, but I had a chimichunga that was heavenly :)

Does this mean I have to go back to Ely because I didn't eat at the Mexican place. Love the cave pictures. I was worried taking my child in there and Emma is 22. Glad you got to go. Think what Owen would be like if he saw Carlsbad. Love the pictures.
