Kindergarten Graduation

Marcus graduated from Kindergarten today! They had a wonderful program and some refreshments afterward. I loved their little graduation caps. It was pretty special to watch all these little ones with their proud smiles and their happy parents. Mrs. Mahoney has been such a wonderful teacher and we appreciate her kindness and the love she showed Marcus all year long. There was never a day when Marcus didn't want to go to school. School is one of his favorite places and I hope he can keep that feeling for a very long time.

Here are the two morning classes performing for us. They shared their favorite memory from kindergarten and sang an alphabet and counting song. At the end they sang a song about how everything they needed to know they learned in kindergarten. Marcus is on the top row, third from the right.

Owen and Eli were thrilled about the refreshments and I think Eli had three cups of juice. It's nearly impossible to get a good picture of these three together, lately, but we tried.

Can you believe my baby is going to be six in a few weeks and graduated from Kindergarten?! I love this handsome boy and I am so proud of him and all he has learned and accomplished this past year.

A big thumbs up for Marcus!

After the graduation, we told Marcus we wanted to take him out for a celebratory lunch wherever he wanted. He picked McDonald's and we were not one bit surprised. We love you, Marcus! Congratulations!
