So, my sister-in-law is looking for a job and last night this got me and Tim talking about all of the jobs we've had, and I realized I've had more jobs than I thought. So here is a list of all the jobs I've ever had (not including babysitting because that isn't really a regular sort of job).
1. Bagger at Macey's grocery store (a really fast one, I might add and this bagging skill has served me well now that I shop at Winco and must bag my own groceries).
2. I worked in the office at my uncle's child psychology clinic. This is where I actually learned that psychology was not the field for me. Too many sad things that I'm not sure I could just leave at the office.
3. Old Navy. This is where I learned that someone can actually be a size 0. How is that even possible? I don't know, but there are pants that come in size 0. Crazy.
4. The greenhouse/garden lot store. This is where I learned all about plants. It was a hot job, but I remember liking it.
5. Corn stand. This was another hot but fun job because lots of friends would come visit me and I got to work with my mom sometimes. I was pretty crappy about counting change back to the customers, though. I'm just not very good at math.
6. English tutor for TRIO services at UVSC (whoops, I mean UVU). I loved helping people and I loved getting paid to do my homework. Good job with wonderful kind people.
7. Drying cleaning store. I hated this job. Hated it.
8. Gear Up. I worked with at risk youth and helped them get excited about college. This was a really fun job and again I got to work with really nice and caring people.
9. ESL teacher. I really enjoyed this job, too. I taught the advanced class because I didn't know a second language and that forced my students to have to speak English. I gained a lot of respect for the people that come to America from different countries. They have amazing stories to tell and most of them have lived through many hardships. Also, they are so humble and grateful.
10. Teaching Assistant at BYU. I was a TA for an Intro to American Literature class. I LOVED this job. I loved the professor and I loved the other TA. I loved teaching a section on Fridays and I loved the subject. I didn't like grading so much, though.
11. Instructor for Freshman Composition at BYU. I still have mixed feelings about this job. It was really really hard for me. I was still learning how to teach and I just felt really insecure being responsible for my own class. Also, the grading was stressful and the students could be obnoxious (not all, just some). I was working on finishing my thesis and my own grad work at the same time and it was just really overwhelming.
12. English tutor for Tutor.com. This was a good job that I was able to do online from home.
13. Mom. I love this job the best.

You forgot one I think.... didn't we clean apartments together?? I remember going to apartments and doing white glove with your mom- were we in junior high?
I agree, you are a very cute mom to some cute boys!
That's right! When was that? Those guy bathrooms were so disgusting. Yep, it's all coming back to me now :)
