With spring comes another first
Spring has begun teasing us with occasional warm sunny days mixed in with rainy ones. Saturday was one of those beautiful days, and we spent a lot of the afternoon out in our backyard. The boys have never been allowed to crawl around free in the grass and dirt box(they've never been old enough and the weather hasn't been right) so this was a big first for them and one they REALLY enjoyed. I can already tell that this is going to be an awesome summer. They'll be just the right age for toddling around the backyard and playing in the kiddie pool. Fun times.
I have a feeling that this look will be a frequent one during Owen's teen years. Mom! Can you stop taking pictures of me? I'm busy and besides it isn't cool.

The dirt box, otherwise known as BOY HEAVEN.
Turning one of our four garden boxes into the "Dirt Box" was one of the best decisions we ever made.
Look at those little men having such fun in all that dirt!! A little slice of "Heaven"!! Give um a great big hug from Grandpa, and thanks for the wonderful pictures!!
I'm jealous of those curls. My baby just has a flat thick mop on top and the beginnings of some nasty looking wings on the side. So keep the curls as long as you can and don't let anyone try to talk you into cutting them just becasue he's a boy. They're adorable.

I love the dirt box. I love that Marcus has his snow boots on and that it isn't just my boy that like to wear them even withour snow!
