Preschool fun
Can I just say that Marcus's preschool completely rocks, and I truly believe that his teacher, Mrs. Prince, is an angel straight from heaven who works absolute miracles with my child. That said, the past few weeks have been especially fun for Marcus (and me). Today we went bowling. It was the cutest thing to watch the little ones bowl. We called it slow motion bowling and I discovered that you actually can still roll a gutter ball even with the bumpers on--who knew?
Marcus loves it when I get to go on field trips with him. I love it, too.
The kids (specifically the boys) almost had more fun watching the balls come back then they did bowling. The would get all excited waiting for the ball to come and then scream excitedly when it finally made its appearance.
Marcus and his favorite friend, Eddie. Marcus thought his eyes needed to be closed for nearly all of the pictures I took today. Whatever.
And then last week was PAJAMA DAY!!!
All of the kids thought that it was so hilarious to see Mrs. Prince wearing pajamas, and not just any pajamas but the kind with the feet that babies wear! Can you believe it?!
The kids went on some kind of Blue's Clues hunt that ended with a party. On this particular day, Marcus insisted on having his tongue out for several of the pictures (perhaps channeling Blue the dog, himself?)
A lovely pajama party group shot. I've come to really love these kids as I volunteer and see them at field trips and parties. I've also come to love their parents. Really, the Early Childhood Center is such a wonderful place.
