We used to cut the feet out of our kids' pajamas as they grew also. I remember making Tim's when he was little, putting in the feet was the hardest part but I was able to get 2-3 made until he got too big for those kind of pajamas.
This post is for my mother. She'll know what I mean (wink wink).

Mom had thought about coming up for the weekend. This picture was a little persuasion on my part :) She wasn't able to, but it was worth a shot.
