For any of you who ever doubted that Idaho is truly beautiful.

The first picture was taken from this amazing porch. Seriously, everywhere you looked it was pretty. The best was in the morning when the valley was all misty.

Having cousins live nearby is great. Having cousins with spouses who have totally awesome cabins is awesome!! We finally all managed to schedule a weekend at the cabin. The weather was beautiful, the food was delicious, the games were fun, and the kids had a great time together. I'm glad that Marcus has these little cousins to play with, and I'm glad that Tim and I have my cousins and their spouses to play with :) We still all talk about how amazing it is that we ended up here together. Now we just need one of Aunt Susan's kids to join us--any takers?

That looks like so much fun Katie!! I am glad you guys had a good time. We need to get somebody like that into our family so we can do that kind of stuff for holidays and such. Wouldn't it be fun to have Christmas in a cabin!?!
Katie, where is that? It's totally gorgeous! Having a cabin and cousins are two of my dreams. I'm glad you had a good time!
Idaho IS beautiful. That cabin looks so awesome. I'm totally jealous. That sounds like soooo much fun. Lucky.
Alecia: I think her family is actually going to do Christmas at the cabin and yes, I do think that would be totally awesome.
Jen: Garden Valley.
Steff: I was one of those who didn't always think Idaho was beautiful--I'm changing my mind now that I'm a resident of this state :)
I love the picture from the front porch of the cabin! It's so fun being able to get together with family and spending quality time with them. Brian's family is doing the same thing for Christmas this year at Island Park. We'll be able to be there until Christmas Eve and then on to my parents' house, so I'm very excited!! I'll give you a call soon about next weekend. We're definitely going to be in Boise. Playtime for us!!! :0)
Jeremy and I may be moving to Moscow next year for Jeremy to do his dissertation research (in Coeur d'Alene), so you'll have at least one of Aunt Susan's kids on board. We love everything about everything in those pictures!
Yes, Idaho is very beautiful. I told everyone when I was younder that I would never marry an Idahoan or ever live in Idaho (even though I was born here). I did both and am not sorry one bit!! Glad you were able to have such fun with family in such a beautiful place.
That really does sound like so much fun and the cabin looks awesome. I'm also glad Marcus has little cousins around to play with.
I want to be in the finer things club too! I love you Katie!
