After doing some extensive research (it's what I do people) I decided that the Honda CR-V was the car I wanted (did you guys see the birthday list?) I also really wanted a 2002 model because that is when they redesigned them and I didn't want it to have more than 80,000 miles on it. Wow, could it be done and still be in our price range? Yes. But it did take some effort. We found the car on craig's list (I love craig's list) but it was in Utah. My dad was great and went and looked at it for us and gave us all the details and really helped out. The seller was nice too and that is always good :) Tim and I drove down to Utah on Saturday, picked the car up, and drove back home to Boise. It was a long day but so so very worth it. Tomorrow Marcus and I are going to storytime at the library. It's been a long time since we were able to do that and we are both very excited. Hurray for freedom!!!

Marcus, Katie, and Tim,

I like the car!! Merry Christmas!
I love your car! I want to take a trip with you in it. :-)
I feel like we've traded places now. I'm carless because the wonderful Hyundai is having problems AGAIN and Ben would love to sell it for parts. In the meantime, I'm trapped in the house and I'm jealous of your new found freedom. Congrats and the car fits you perfect.
I love the car. Sorry you can't join the minivan club yet. J/K
I'm glad you found a car you love. We need a new car too although, I'm sure we won't get a car quite as cool as yours. I'm glad you finally get to get out of the house. I would go crazy stuck inside with these two all the time.
Great car! I love it when Christmas comes early!!You look so happy. I hope you enjoyed story time and all the adventures you can now take! Have fun!
Congratulations on your early present...it is a good looking vehicle, but I have yet to ride in it...looking forward to it! (And, Tim, congratulations on your raise. We are very proud of you!!)
