Football Fans
One of Tim's lifelong dreams was fulfilled yesterday when he took his son to his very first football game. Tim had been talking about taking Marcus to a game since the day he was born and yesterday was a gorgeous fall day, so Tim finally got his wish. The boys dressed up in all their Bronco fan gear and I dropped them off in front of the stadium, and we decided I'd come back and get them at half-time (Marcus is definitely NOT old enough to sit through an entire game) besides, Boise was playing Utah State and Boise is undefeated while Utah State has only won one game so it wasn't tough to know what the half-time score was going to be . . . Anyway, I picked them up and asked how it had all gone. Tim's reply: "He slept the whole time." Yep, amidst cheering and clapping and whistling and hoopla my son slept because the game just happened to take place right in the middle of naptime. Go Broncos!!!

We're actually going to the Boise/BYU basketball game sometime next week. Tim thinks we'll be able to squeeze Marcus into his old BYU jersey. I don't think so. We'll have to pick up some cougar apparel while we're in Utah. Go Cougars!
Sean took Patrick to 1/2 of one quarter of a BYU game last year when he was three weeks old. Of course, he slept through the whole thing bundled into the front pack on daddy's chest, until I came and took him back home where three week old babies belong. It made his daddy so happy to take him that I couldn't deny him the pleasure!
Too funny Katie! What a great thing for Tim to have his life long dream come true! Very cute picture!
