So, I just wanted to include two pictures that illustrate the sheer scope of emotions that Marcus can experience in mere seconds. As his humble and doting mother, I can't help but think he looks adorable in both. He he. Anyway, I had an adventure the other day. Allow me to share: I have a next door neighbor who is eighteen and until a day ago pregnant. She lives with her boyfriend and together they are trying to start over for the sake of their baby. They were involved in a bad crowd and have moved to Boise to get away. So, I am a new mother, an older sister, and an old Relief Society President and now I'm this girl's neighbor. Even without all those other things, I can tell she needs some help. So, despite all of our differences we've become friends. Therefore, I really shouldn't have been surpised when I found myself taking my laboring friend to the hospital where I coached her until her boyfriend came to take over. I know our Heavenly Father loves all his children so much, and I know that people are put where they need to be when they need to be there. They named their healthy baby boy Blake. I love all of you.

I am in LOVE with the first picture of Marcus. He is SOOO cute. I hope his parents can find the time to bring him down for a visit sometime soon - hint hint.
Hey Katie, Tim, and Marcus! Sounds like you guys are keeping busy in Boise, and Katie has an idea for her next master's degree...midwife!! That sounded like a neat experience! I love the "picture of expression" that definitely is a "kodak" moment! I am surprised you were able to capture that! Amazing. Hope all is well with you guys! Keep in touch.
Actually, our friend Ed took the first picture for us. He is a great photographer and we got some really good shots. The family picture on our blog is another one of his. If anyone's interested his business is called McCulloch Photography.
