You've got to love a picture of a baby in a bathtub. It is just so perfect. And I know you all wish you had a "classic" yellow colored bathtub like me. Yep, straight out of the 1970's because that is how we roll around here. That's why I went with the Polaroid choice on Instagram--you know, to make it feel extra authentic.
Bath time is sort of our new thing. Not new as in "I never bathed my baby before," but new as in "I don't nurse him anymore but still need some special little activity for us to both enjoy on a regular basis" and so the bath after morning nap was born. He loves it and I love me some naked smiley mohawk baby. It's a win all around and has helped ease some of that heartache I was suffering from last week.
When Tim and I were married, my Grandpa George, who performed our sealing, counseled, "Don't stop having children until you've had your last one." I don't know if Zachy is our last one or not, but I do know that I am so glad that he's a part of our family. He's sort of a big hit at our house and we're all totally smitten with him.
